1. Equipment ResponsibilityThe client is fully responsible for all rented equipment from the time of delivery until it is returned. Any damage, loss, or theft must be compensated in full.
2. UsageAll equipment must be used by qualified professionals only. The client is responsible for proper handling and operation.
3. Damages & RepairsIn case of damage, the client agrees to cover full repair costs or replacement value if the item is beyond repair.
4. Late ReturnLate returns will result in additional charges based on daily rental rates.
5. Security DepositA refundable deposit may be required and will be returned after equipment inspection.
6. LiabilityFilm Gear is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses occurring during equipment use.
7. Cancellation PolicyCancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the booking date.
8. UAE LawAll agreements are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
9. ID RequirementValid Emirates ID or passport copy is required before rental.
10. PaymentFull payment must be completed before equipment release unless agreed otherwise.
